About Us?
The Story Behind Our Community

We didn’t start as a tech company. We started with a question: Where are the women?
I dropped out of school before I could write my O’Levels and at 19, I tried to end my life. I thought a degree was the only door. No degree meant no future and that lie nearly killed me.
What kept me breathing was the internet. I found scraps of learning. Forums. PDFs. Random videos. Most rooms didn’t have women who looked like me. Still, I stayed. I asked questions. I listened. I met other women who were hurting like me.
The very first thing we built was a small online magazine—a safe zone for young people, especially young women, to talk about real things: suicide prevention, abuse, depression, humans rights, career building. The team was all women. The issues we tackled were the ones we were living through.
That absence stuck with me. Because when you don’t see people like you in the places you dream of being, it’s easy to think you don’t belong there. My own ambitions felt capped by the voices and realities around me.
That’s when the vision was born: a school for people who don’t have access to school, and for those who don’t have the time. A place where learning isn’t just about skills—it’s about seeing yourself reflected in the success stories around you. Because if you can’t see it, it’s harder to believe it’s possible
Our community exists to shatter that ceiling. We believe women shouldn’t be taught to shrink their ambition, to avoid risk, or to “stay safe” while others—often white, often male—run ahead using the latest tools to build wealth and power. That’s why we lean into tech and AI. Not because it’s trendy, but because it’s the next leap forward. And we refuse to be left behind.
When we see each other using these tools, building with them, thriving with them—it changes the narrative. It makes possibility real. And that’s what we’re here for: to make possibility visible, reachable, and shared.
Love Mandy.
