Phase 1: Foundation — “Building While Dreaming”

Goal: Bring the first version of The Dream Life Engine to life and establish the foundations of our ecosystem. 

What We’re Building:

  • Launch of The Dream Life Engine 1.0 — the first version of our all-in-one system.

  • Establishment of the Dream Forward Fund — the financial model that fuels access and impact.

  • First members join the platform and test early features.

  • Feature Drop: Dashboard (Beta) — journal, track goals, and habits in one view.

  • Feature Drop: Learning Lab (Beta) — early lessons, templates, and short-form resources.

  • Journal + Goal Tracker begins development — bridging reflection and data.

Phase 3: Systems — “Momentum in Motion”

Goal: Strengthen the systems, refine the member experience, and prepare for scale.

What We’re Building:

  • Milestone: Reach 100 members — open beta feedback cycle begins.

  • Feature Drop: Dream Pods — accountability groups go live for small, focused circles.

  • Feature Drop: AI Agents (Core Suite) — launch of the Strategy, Wellness, and Growth Agents.

  • Feature Drop: Journal + Goal Tracker (Full Version) — members can now track habits, emotions, and outcomes in real time.

  • Launch: Scholarship Application Portal — always open, with new seats allocated every 100 members.

  • Publication: Dream Forward Fund Impact Report #1 — showcasing the first round of funded women and projects.

  • Expansion: Media Studio — Dream Life Dispatch and Women Spotlight series go live.

Phase 5: Impact — “Scaling with Intention”

Goal: Build sustainable systems, scale the Dream Forward Fund, and expand our storytelling platforms.

What We’re Building:

  • Milestone: Reach 500 members — expanding across the world.

  • Expansion: Dream Forward Fund Micro-Grants — second cycle opens; funding increases to reach more women-led projects.

  • Launch:  YouTube series

  • Start Developing The Dream Life Engine Application

  • Feature Drop: Personalized Learning Paths — AI-tailored systems for women’s business and life goals.

  • Publication: Impact Report #2 — detailing the fund’s second quarter of scholarships, grants, and community reach.

  • Community Voting: Members vote on next-quarter grant recipients and new product features.

Phase 2: Community — “Dreaming Out Loud”

Goal: Grow our founding community, begin content publishing, and test the first engagement systems.

What We’re Building:

  • Milestone: Reach 50 members — our earliest circle of builders and believers.

  • Launch of Co-Working Hours and Dream Life Circles — our first live events.

  • Launch of the Multi-Hyphenate Weekly Newsletter..

  • Launch: The Dream Life Stage — debut of our first virtual summit and panel series.

  • Feature Drop: Quizzes (Advanced) — career archetypes and goal readiness assessment.

  • Feature Drop: Directories (Official Launch) — Buy-From-Women and Business Ideas for Women directories open to the public.

  • Partnership Outreach: media collaborations, sponsorships, and community growth campaigns begin.

  • Planning begins for the 1,000-Member Milestone Roadmap — the next phase of scaling impact.

Phase 6: Evolution — “From Platform to Ecosystem”

Goal: Evolve Multi-Hyphenate Women into a self-sustaining ecosystem for women’s media, learning, and leadership.

  • Milestone: Reach 1,000 members — a global cohort powering the next level of growth.

  • Announcement: First hires — Community, Media, and AI Leads join the team.

  • Launch: Applications for Roles & Internships — opening opportunities for women entering tech, media, and business.

  • Global Partnerships: fund 100+ scholarship seats through the Dream Forward Fund.

  • Publish: Women, Work & The Dream Life — first book release from the MHW Media Studio.

  • Begin: Development of TV and film projects exploring women, work, and autonomy.

  • Introduce: MHW App (2.0) — mobile journaling, pod check-ins, and voice AI agents.

  • Feature Drop: AI Agent Expansion — introducing Adventure and Relationships agents.
